Horizons-Choteau
The Horizons porgrams is an 18-month project aimed at building leadership skills and reducing proverty in our rural community. Choteau has a 17.6% rate of poverty. By providing locally delivered training, skill building and coaching, Horizons hopes to help our community understand poverty and commit to action to bring about lasting change.
We are in the VISIONING phase of the Horizons project. We need your participation, your ideas and your vision for the future of Choteau.
There will be serveral ways for your to have your voice heard as we work through the visioning process between now and September 1, 2009. Watch your local media outlets and the Teton County Extension website for more information.
Horizons embraces the entire community; everyone is needed and everyone has something to contribute.
