Diabetes Education and Support Group
The group will meet Tuesday, September 29, from 6:30-8:00 p.m. at the TMC Board Room. The group will be discussing diabetes management. Please contact Heather or Scott Sand at 590-8687 or Jane Wolery at the Teton County Extension Office for more information.
The diabetes group started in 2008 through an Extension program that provided four weeks of education. The group decided to continue to meet. A year later, the group is still meeting and supporting each other with their diabetes through the efforts of those attending and planning the monthly sessions. Extension provides support for the program by announcing meetings, etc. If you have questions, please contact the Extension Office or Scott and Heather Sand. The group typically meets from 6:30-8:00 p.m. on the last Tuesday of every month.
