Montana law provides tools that allow for citizens to pass their property at death without a written will or have their property go through the probate process. During this session Dr. Marsha Goetting will explain the probate process and circumstances under which probate can be avoided on personal property. Participants will learn details about these valuable tools and also how to reduce the cost for heirs should probate become necessary.
